At 40 ft, this is a full size, first class executive coach. The entire driver's side wall slides out opening up both the lounge and bedroom. The wood paneling is a cherry finish, giving an upscale feel. The bed is a Queen Sleep number. Designed to sleep 5 comfortably. With its diesel motor, there's plenty of power of for all terrains. Great for the vacation you've dreamed about, or that corporate event to entertain guests. This home is often used as on-site dressing rooms for celebrity entertainment venues.

For your convenience, beddings/towels/kitchen utensils are available for extra cost, but we suggest you bring your own if practical. Pre-pay dump service is available. Insurance is required at renter's expense with a carrier of Suncoast's choosing. See contract for other potential additional charges.

The coach comes equipped with lounge and bedroom TV's, DVD's and for extra cost-Dish Network Satellite service. Like all our RV's, the coach is prepared prior to your departure with an electrical cord for shore hook-up, white-fresh water hose, sewage hose, 2 packets of black tank treatment and at least 2 rolls of MARINE rated toilet paper. Sewage tanks are serviced and empty prior to departure, propane is at least 1/2 tank with full water and fuel.
