	Housekeeping kits are available for a cost of $45/person. Kits include kitchen and bath towels and bed linens per person.
	Kitchen Kits including settings & cookware: $45.00 reduced to $25.00 with the rental of 4 housekeeping kits, Includes cookware and settings (plates, glasses, silverware) for 4 people
	Pick-up, Drop-off and Set-up services are available (cost to be determined at time of rental).
	Additional services available at extra cost: Loss Damage Waiver Insurance4 - $17.00 - $25.00/day Housekeeping Kits: $45.00 Drop off and Set-up: Charges are dependent on distance required. ($85.00/hr)
	Discounts for Long Term Rental may be available on certain coaches.
	Additional Charges that may apply: Dump Fee: $100.00 fee may apply if waste tanks are not emptied prior to drop off Special Arrangements for Saturday, Sunday and Holiday drop off or pick-up at an additional charge of $75.00 Late Fees: If picked up before noon and returned after 12:00 Noon, there will be an extra day charged. If picked up between Noon and 5:00 PM, the vehicle must be returned anytime prior to 5:00 PM to avoid additional daily charge. Motorhomes returned excessively dirty may be subject to additional fees. Housekeeping kits are rentals and are subject to additional fees if not returned intact.
	Security Deposit: All coaches require a security deposit of $500.00 (up to 33’) or $1000.00 (33 - 40'). The security deposit for coaches over 40' will be determined at time of agreement.

2. A cleaning fee of $75.00 will be charged for each rental vehicle
3. Due to coach configuration, different coaches of similar size may have different sleeping capacities (please call to confirm the coach for your personal use)
4. Loss Damage Waiver (LDW)-Reduces renter’s exposure to the amount of the deductible should the damage to the motor home require that the deductible be paid to complete the necessary repairs. Damage cased by striking overhead objects and/or undercarriage, as well as damage to tires, wheels, hubcaps, awnings, and windshields are considered misuse, carelessness, or negligence and are not covered by LDW. LDW does not cover renter’s personal property. In some cases a renter’s personal insurance may be able to offer a binder of coverage.
